Health and Wellbeing programme – QOF QI Wellbeing

Workforce wellbeing, improving resilience, and risk of burnout is now more than ever essential for the retention and recruitment of the general practice workforce and so the 2023/24 QOF guidance includes a module on workforce and wellbeing.

Our Health and Wellbeing programme offers a fully funded Health and Wellbeing Champion working across your PCN, wellbeing resources such as ‘Wellbeing Wednesday’ and an annual H&WB survey from which an action plan of support is shared with the PCN.

  • Share wellbeing resources
  • Encourage staff to take part in the annual H&WB survey
  • Have Health and Wellbeing as an agenda item for your PCN meeting regularly (with minutes to evidence)

The Training Hub offer would satisfy all practices within your PCN qualifying for the full 37 points.

If you do not have a Health and Wellbeing Champion, please share the poster below with your PCN and Practice colleagues who are passionate about HWB.
