We want to remind colleagues of the importance of attending sessions that have been booked. At the recent HCA workshop on the 13th November, there were 12 non attendances, including several repeat non attendances. Our courses are funded by public money and places are limited. Non attendance affects other colleagues who could have taken the space.
If you can no longer attend a booked course, you must notify the organiser at least 72 hours before the event. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a £50 administration fee as per our cancellation policy.
