Your Wellbeing Matters

Coventry and Warwickshire general practice wellbeing survey

Many factors influence the health and wellbeing of our diverse general practice workforce.

Coventry and Warwickshire Training Hub have produced a confidential wellbeing survey for all staff working across general practice, the survey takes 5 – 10 minutes to complete.

We want to support you to look after your own health and wellbeing and by understanding more about you, we can better support you!

The wellbeing survey closes on Wednesday 30th November 2022.
