Stopping smoking improves your brain health

Did you know that smoking increases your risk of dementia?

Dr Chi Udeh-Momoh, a neuroscientist from Imperial College London, knows the damage smoking does to the brain. Watch her explain how stopping smoking reduces your risk of dementia.

Don’t give up on quitting smoking

Quitting is much easier when you get the right support and there are lots of options to choose from.

Even if you’ve tried before, maybe more than once, you can still succeed. What you’ve already learned will help you reach your goal of becoming an ex-smoker.

The Body Coach app: free access for NHS Workers

NHS employees work tirelessly each day to look after the health of our nation. To say a little thank I want to offer all NHS employees free access to The Body Coach App for three months.

Regular exercise and eating nutritious meals can provide huge benefits for our physical and mental health.

Through giving free app access to NHS employees, I hope I can help them to improve their health and happiness, while they’re working hard to support us

Joe Wicks
