Lunch & Learn Webinar – ‘How to reduce stress at work’
Thursday 17th April – 12:30 – 1:30pm
If you find yourself in a stressful situation at work, this session will help you to do a mini stress audit, identify what your key stressors are or support others in your team to identify their stressors.
Join Dr Sarah Coope for this webinar and you’ll learn how to:
- Identify Key Stressors – Learn how to conduct a mini stress audit to recognise personal and team stress triggers in the workplace.
- Make Conscious Choices in Challenging Situations – Explore how to reflect on available options when under pressure, helping to feel more in control and respond more effectively.
- Minimise the Spread of Stress – Develop strategies to avoid passing stress onto colleagues (and vice versa), creating a more positive and supportive work environment

Wellbeing Masterclass ‘How to avoid a stress cascade in your team’
Tuesday 13th May– 12:30 – 2:00pm
These sessions are designed to support anyone taking a lead on wellbeing within their organisation, practice or team and are also open to anyone with an interest in best practice or who wants some extra tools to use to support their colleagues with their wellbeing.

In the Moment support
If you have been finding it hard to reach out to friends, family, or your colleagues, there are a variety of mental health helplines with trained volunteers who will support and listen to you.
Talking to someone who does not have a personal connection to you can lessen the stress and anxiety you may feel about discussing your mental health.
- Vivup have an ‘in the moment support’ service which is available 24/7, 365 days a year. Call 0800 023 9324
- Mind provide a support line that is open from 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays). Call 0300 102 1234.
- National Suicide Prevention Helpline UK offers a supportive listening service to anyone with thoughts of suicide, which is available from 6pm-mindight every day. Call 0800 689 5652.
- Samaritans have a free listening service which is available 24/7, 365 days a year. Call 116 123. If you would like emotional support in Welsh, call the Welsh Language line at 0808 164 0123.
- Shout is a free, confidential, 24/7 text support service for anyone in the UK who is struggling to cope. To start a conversation, text the word ‘Shout’ to 85258.
