Objectives for session:
- To enhance your knowledge in the short and long term consequences of cancer treatment
- To improve your skills, and confidence in conducting a CCR
- To use tools to identify patients needs to encourage self management
- To identify appropriate sign posting to resources
- To contribute to achieving your QOF target for Cancer Care Reviews

This event is funded, through the Training Hub, by public money. Non-attendance therefore comes at a cost to patients, the NHS, and the public.
