Support for Primary Care
We are excited to share that the Training Hub will be supporting practices to support their Physician Associates intern year in General Practice.
In collaboration with HEE the training hub will be offering an education package for the PA’s education sessions.
Why is centralising education so important?
- Saving time required for educational supervision, WBAs, 3 monthly reviews and portfolio work.
- All PAs having access to an RCGP endorsed year long, weekly education session. A proven program that has increased the number of PAs in general practice and retained over 90% in the last 5 years.
- Providing advice to help recruit and retain your PA.
- Opportunities for peer review and networking for your PAs reducing clinician isolation across the area
