You are invited to the quarterly Ethnic Minorities Nursing Professional Development Webinar which will be held on Tuesday 23rd November at 12:30-13:45.
The national team want to:
- Inspire staff to see the importance of nursing professional development and leadership during these challenging times
- Listen to what our staff think and hear how things are going for them during the current rise in COVID cases, winter pressures and what more we need to be aware of to ensure they are developed and feel able to lead as they work
- Talk to staff about why nursing professional development and leadership is needed during challenging times whilst working in the NHS and caring for our populations
