Here are the latest updates from our Health and Wellbeing team for December, including seasonal wellbeing advice, programme updates and resources to support you through the winter period. To read our full December newsletter, please click here.
The festive period can mean different things to different people, and it’s normal for this time of year to bring mixed emotions. Whether you’re juggling work commitments, managing financial pressure or simply feeling the weight of a busy winter, we want to highlight tools that can help you look after your wellbeing:
Health and Wellbeing Champions
As we approach the end of the year, our Health and Wellbeing Champions continue to provide dedicated support across Coventry and Warwickshire. The pilot for PCN-based Champion coverage is ongoing, ensuring staff in areas without a named Champion can still access guidance, signposting and wellbeing support.
If you’re unsure who your Champion is, you can find the full list on our Health and Wellbeing webpage. For any queries about the scheme, please contact cw.traininghub@nhs.net.
Vivup / Perkbox Update
The transition from Vivup to Perkbox continues in the background. Throughout December, staff should continue using their Vivup accounts as usual, with no immediate changes required. As more updates become available regarding the new unified platform, we will continue to share them.
In the meantime, you can still access a range of wellbeing resources, discounts and support tools via the current Vivup portal – including a wide range of discounts available just for the festive period!
