The intention of the Aspiring Leaders Fellowships (ALF) are to empower and upskill our local general practice workforce individuals (clinical and non-clinical) as future system leaders in priority areas for our healthcare system.
It allows the individual both the time and the opportunity to be connected, to be inspired, and to contribute to the wider system in a year long experience of learning and career development, with the outcome of supporting our Leaders of the Future.
