The inaugural Phoenix GP Programme to be held in Coventry & Warwickshire is underway!
35 mid-career GPs successfully applied and gained places as participants on this programme, which includes motivational speeches from keynote speakers and skills workshops within small groups.
The first session welcomed Dame Clare Gerada, President Elect of RGCP, as guest speaker and combined with a skills workshop on “Managing Change – Introducing the model for change in Health & Social Care” proved to be very popular and interactive session.
The programme will run on a monthly basis until Feb 2022.
