Physician Associate Revalidation
Please note that the GMC are still working on the finer details around revalidation for Physician Associates. Please see the following links for current information:

The GMC do not specify how appraisal information and other revalidation documentation is collated at present. We offer a FREE platform for all PAs through the Clarity platform. please contact the Training Hub on cw.traininghub@nhs.net if you wish to use this platform to log and document your revalidation paperwork.

Leng Review – NHSE
There is ongoing uncertainty regarding the specifics of the Physician Associate role in primary and secondary care, we therefore strongly advise all PAs who require contractual or role specific advice to contact their union. The PA ambassador is available for 1:1 advice and mentorship and additionally for employers, to navigate the current published documentation whilst the Leng document is under Judicial Review
Please note: ‘Physician Associates have not had any changes to their contracted job description under the 2025/2026 PCN DES’
