Launched this year in Coventry and Warwickshire, NTPF is a 2-year part-time programme of learning, support and PCN project working for newly qualified GPs/GP Nurses, to aid transition from trainee to independent practitioner, undertaken in addition to clinical commitments.
- Eligible GP/GPN are guaranteed to be accepted to Fellowship Programme
- Upskills staff without any direct commitment by practice.
- Paid time for fellows to undertake additional CPD opportunities.
