The two training hubs in Coventry and Warwickshire have joined forces to provide learning opportunities and resources for the region’s multidisciplinary primary care team, advance integrated healthcare services and build the workforce of the future.
Coventry & Warwickshire Integrated Primary Care is a new organisation set up to deliver the Training Hub contract, working in partnership with Coventry & Rugby GP Alliance and South Warwickshire GP Federation. Working together with the Clinical Commissioning Group and the Health Care Partnership, the Training Hub provides access to relevant education, training and development opportunities for everyone working in primary care locally.
Training is just one element of the Hub’s role, which is also responsible for finding, recruiting, developing, retaining and supporting staff across all aspects of primary care, covering Coventry, Rugby, South Warwickshire and Warwickshire North.
