Designed for doctors and ARRS roles who are not accredited trainers but who are required to debrief or supervise F2s, GP resident doctors or ARRS colleagues as part of their role.
This session will cover essential supervision skills, including:
- Practicalities of providing supervision
- Essential feedback skills
- Effective pastoral support
Delivered by experienced local GP trainers, this session will be interactive, informal and discussion based, creating space to explore common challenges and myths.
