Designed for those already established in leadership roles, this two-day, face-to-face course will help you:

Eligibility
To be eligible for this programme, you must:
- Currently be working in the delivery of General Practice in Coventry and Warwickshire
- Be already established in a leadership role (At least 2 years or more)
Session Information
The session will consist of 2 days of training (both dates must be attended), taking place on the 13th and 14th May, 2026. The sessions will consist of practical workshops, theory and personal development activities, taking place between 09:00 and 17:00 at Woodland Grange, Leamington Spa, CV32 6RN.

This programme will be facilitated by Moonraker Innovation, specialists in leadership and innovation. With backgrounds in the British Army and leadership roles in complex environments, they have had the chance to learn what sits beneath that apparent ease – the practical tools, habits, decisions and frameworks that make leadership work under pressure.
