Did Not Attend Policy

Please note, due to an increasing number of DNA’s to our Training Hub events and courses, we have implemented our cancellation policy from this month.

Our cancellation policy states cancellation to attend a course/event must happen 72 hours or sooner before the course/event takes place.

For cancellations less than 72 hours prior to the course/event start date and all ‘no-shows’, we will reserve the right to charge a £50.00 administration fee. Our courses/events are funded, through the Training Hub, by public money and so non-attendance comes at a cost to patients, the NHS and the public. Spaces at our courses/events are often limited and absence may prevent others from benefiting from the opportunity.

If you are no longer able to attend a course/event that you have booked through the Training Hub, please notify the event organiser.

We thank you in advance for your co-operation.
