Welcome

Wellbeing support for you

Have you met your Health and Wellbeing Champion and do you know what support they offer?

The support offered by your Health and Wellbeing Champion can include:

  • 1:1 confidential, safe space to listen and offer signposting if you are struggling with emotional, physical or mental health issues
  • An open door for your ideas for wellbeing activities and initiative
  • Wellbeing events, resources and tools to support you

Meet your Health and Wellbeing Champion

Time for you to grab a cuppa and a sofa and put your wellbeing first!

These webinars led by Dr Rachel Morris have been designed to support you to adopt better ways of working.

You’ll discover practical strategies on how to beat burnout, handle stress, set boundaries and support your colleagues more effectively.

These online trainings take place in the evenings, so you can watch from home live (or catch up with the recording whenever you like).

February’s session is ‘How to deal with Stress and Anxiety’ taking place on 13th February at 7:30pm.

The webinar will be hosted by Dr Caroline Walker, founder of the Joyful Doctor, psychiatrist, and specialist in the wellbeing of doctors, and Dr Rachel Morris.

Register for the session here

When you register, you’ll also get access to recordings of the previous trainings and lots of other helpful resources.

I can get wellbeing support on the go

I love that I can access mental health podcasts on the go – being able to access support on the way to work or when i’m out and about has been a real game changer for me.

I saved approx. £200 on my supermarket shop!

My family and I have struggled with the cost of living as many of us have and the high street e-vouchers have helped us to save. We saved around £200 last year on our supermarket shop!

My tip is to download the Vivup app and buy your e-voucher on the go so you can save wherever you end up shopping.

Confidential support when I needed it

Work has felt really stressful and with elderly parents to support and two teenagers to look after I was struggling to cope and really needed someone to talk to. I had seen the Vivup telephone support poster and thought i’d give them a call.

I’m really glad I did…
