Balance

Looking for knowledge and guidance so you can be certain about what’s right for your body during the perimenopause and menopause?

Brought to you by renowned menopause specialist, Dr Louise Newson and the thousands of people who’ve shared their perimenopause and menopause insights, the free balance app allows you to track your symptoms, access personalised expert content, download a Health Report©, share stories in the community and lots more.

Is it You – or is it Menopause?

One way or another, menopause affects everyone at some point. If you’re not experiencing symptoms yourself, you almost certainly know or work with someone who is. That’s why understanding its effects and being able to offer support and compassion is so important.

There are resources and solutions available to help women manage their symptoms and continue to thrive at work – and Dr Claire Kaye joins ‘I am not a frog’ to talk through what we can all do.

It starts with becoming more aware of the symptoms of menopause and recognising when they’re affecting us or our colleagues.

Putting your wellbeing first

It was great to see so many of you on the first of the Work Well Webinars last week.

If you couldn’t join us live, then grab a cuppa and a sofa and watch or listen to a recording of the webinar.

Following the webinar we promised a few links to support – just click here to get the handouts and conversations canvasses for the Zone of Power, the Stress Curve, Prioritisation Grid and an extra tool called the Thrive Week Planner (check it out – it’s the best way to design a week you’re gonna love!)

Next month’s webinar

Next month’s webinar ‘How to support your colleagues without burning out yourself‘ is on Tuesday 14th November at 7.30pm.

This interactive webinar is for people who are concerned about their teams’ wellbeing, but don’t want to slip into “rescuer” mode in the drama triangle and take on more stress themselves.

We’ll explore:

  • common ways we exacerbate overwhelm by taking on more and more
  • learn how we can empower others to solve their own problems instead – building our teams’ resilience rather than ‘fixing it’ for everyone.

Put it in your diary now, and we’ll send you a joining link nearer the time
