Swim England

Our ‘value of swimming’ report found swimming helped prevent more than 78,500 cases of ill health in 2022.

Swimming also helped reduce symptoms of anxiety or depression for 1.4 million adults.

Peer Wellbeing Session

Discover the power of peer support. Our free service connects staff with a skilled coach to improve and sustain your wellbeing. Join a friendly group of six to eight colleagues, meeting fortnightly for four supportive sessions.

Sessions available:

  • Women from ethnically diverse background – Tuedsays 19th Sept 3rd/17th Oct 2-3pm
  • Men only – Thursdays 7th/21st Sept 5th/19th Oct 10-11am
  • Open group – Thursdays 7th/21st Sept 5th/19th Oct 1-2pm

Workforce Racial Discrimination Survey

We need your help to highlight and address discrimination and racism in general practice across C&W. This will enable us to put support in place; improving the experience of staff in general practice and impacting patient care.
