This is a unique skills session with real people (not SINMAN) known as 'Associate Clinical Educators (ACEs)' who are specially trained educators who are skilled in examination and give real-time feedback to the students. The session is for primary care Paramedics and intern (newly qualified) Physician Associates who would benefit from skill training in intimate examinations that are often difficult to access in clinical practice.
The session includes:
- Male - Rectal examination (prostate)
- Female - Breast examination
- Female - Vaginal Examination + use of Speculum
Each student will have the opportunity to examine the ACE and receive feedback with enough time for questions
Some examination models will also be available to demonstrate irregular findings.
The session will require a small amount of pre-reading - sent upon registration to the course. The session is an introductory examination session but will include all necessary skills. We would recommend consolidation and observed review of your skills in practice.

The cost of the course includes 20% VAT.
