May is Living Streets’ Nataional Walking Month when we celebrate the health and happiness benefits of walking and wheeling more.
Walking is free, flexible and fun, and it’s proven to have huge benefits for our health and wellbeing.
Living Streets’ have put together 20 tips to help you fit 20 minutes of walking into your day.

Mental Health Awareness
This year, for Mental Health Awareness Week, MIND are focusing on the impact that the cost of living crisis is having on our mental health.

Understanding your emotions
I feel overwhelmed! What’s going on?…
In this episode of understanding emotions, we talk about that common feeling of being overwhelmed.
It’s a common concern and presentation that we see in healthcare professionals, so we are going to talk about what it is, where it comes from, and how we manage it.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Conference
In General Practice, we recognise the importance of creating a culture that is equal, diverse and inclusive and that reflects the rich diversity of our patients and workforce. With a wonderfully diverse team to support, we are committed to making this a priority.

This conference will focus on why equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) matters in General Practice, what the data shows us and what C&W Training Hub are doing to support EDI in General Practice.
It will be a platform to share new ideas that will stimulate our thinking about EDI and an opportunity to draw on a wide range of best practice and learnings from across the country.
