Working from home and feeling isolated…

The ways we work have changed for many of us over the last three years, in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, many of us are now able to work more flexibly. This brings benefits but can also leave us feeling isolated from our teams and colleagues.

MHFA England have put together some guidance on how to support your mental health, if you are regularly working from home or in a hybrid manner.

Watch the video below or download the guidance (PDF): Supporting your mental health while working from home

We encourage you to share this video and guide with employees and colleagues to help with their mental health, to reduce the feelings of isolation, and to help them stay connected.
