The Body Coach app: free access for NHS Workers
NHS employees work tirelessly each day to look after the health of our nation. To say a little thank I want to offer all NHS employees free access to The Body Coach App for three months.

Regular exercise and eating nutritious meals can provide huge benefits for our physical and mental health.
Through giving free app access to NHS employees, I hope I can help them to improve their health and happiness, while they’re working hard to support us

The aim of these sessions is to bring people together with a trained coach to discuss and plan how to improve and maintain wellbeing. Each peer wellbeing group will be made up of six-eight people that will meet fortnightly for four weeks.
Groups will include one for men, men/women from an ethnically diverse background, people living with a disability, and a group open to anyone from any background. Please complete this expression of interest by Friday 10 March.
