Middle (Twenty) 5 GP Network

The Middle (Twenty) 5 GP Network aims to champion the needs of GPs with at least 7 years of clinical experience working in Coventry and Warwickshire.

The intention is to develop a programme to support mid-career GPs in achieving their potential and to promote their career development, whilst building a peer support network for this group of GPs.

Welcome from Dr. Sukhi Dhesi – Ambassador, Middle(Twenty)5 GP Network

As a GP with many years of clinical experience, a Clinical Director and Partner Member on the ICB, I’ve had the privilege of working through the challenges and opportunities that come with being in the middle of my career. I have seen first-hand the importance of workforce stability, the value of mentoring, and the powerful impact of leadership and innovation. Becoming the Mid5 Ambassador is an opportunity to reflect on what is working, what needs improvement, and how we as GPs can thrive and advocate for general practice.

As I start in my role as the Middle(Twenty)5 Ambassador, I would love to hear from you. Your support, ideas, and insights are crucial as no one size fits all. If you have thoughts on how we can tackle the challenges we face, or ways we can improve our offer, please do not hesitate to get in touch via email.

To be added to the mailing list to hear about all the opportunities open to Middle(Twenty)5 GPs and also to receive details about how to be added to the Middle(Twenty)5 WhatsApp group, please click here.
