30 Day Yoga Challenge
January can be a tough month to get through after the Christmas festivities have wrapped up and “normal life” returns. On top of that, there’s pressure to get back to/start at the gym, which can make the entire month feel a bit overwhelming. On the other hand, it may also be the time to start something new and try different things. If you haven’t already heard of Yoga With Adriene, this might be the YouTube channel that finally makes you understand why so many people rave about yoga. Every year, she creates a 30-day yoga challenge that is completely free and is designed to encourage daily movement. Each yoga practice is generally around 20-30 minutes long.
