Free Fitness Platform for NHS staff

Created by the NHS for the NHS, #DoingOurBit is a free fitness platform offering a wide range of bespoke workouts gifted by carefully selected PTs and fitness instructors.

The workouts are accessible, friendly and welcoming with plenty for beginners.

Devised in lockdown, this genuine and heartfelt gift to the hard-working NHS community is set to stay long into the future.

Challenge the Wild walks

Join other NHS Staff on a walk in amazing locations.  All our walks are guided by professional instructors who will ensure you really benefit both physically and mentally.

Being active can improve self-perception and self-esteem, mood and sleep quality, reduce stress, anxiety and fatigue.

Joining these walks will also offer you an opportunity to create peer networks with colleagues who live locally to you. The walks are facilitated by trained mountain leaders who are also either ex-Armed Forces or NHS staff, and where possible, all routes are tailored to meet all accessibility needs.

All NHS employees have access to Challenge the Wild walks at zero cost. The walks are designed to support participants and offer real benefits, focussing on improving physical and mental wellbeing, whilst connecting like mind people and building team spirit.
